Serving Non-Government Organizations, Public Entities & Indigenous Communities across Canada.

Our Story at Strat First Inc.
A Human‑Centred Firm.

Volunteers with Food Donations

At Strat First Inc., we have learned that the best work starts with people. We are an Alberta-based advisory team that supports organizations, communities, not-for-profit groups, and public sector partners across Canada.

Our focus is working and walking with our clients to design programs, plan their work, learn from their experiences, share their successes, and build the skills they need to move forward with confidence.

Over the years, we have seen the positive impact that comes from program development when people have a safe, welcoming space to talk things through. When we sit together, listen closely, and make room for every voice, communities start shaping their own solutions. That sense of ownership strengthens trust within the community itself and with donors, funders, public sector partners, and government teams who want to support meaningful change.

Our approach braids what we know from social sciences, practical business thinking, and how government systems work. At the heart of it, our work is about showing up with care, clarity, and respect, and helping people move their ideas into action in ways that are manageable and community driven.
